Have you tried Korean cold noodles before? We love it and often have it at lunch.
Today we tried instant Korean cold noodles. Compared to the chilled type or frozen type, it tastes a bit different but still delicious.
We added Omma’s homemade kimchi, half-boiled eggs, and cucumbers. When I make soups, I always add ice cubes and adjust the portion of water (reduce a bit. coz ice cubes are melting soon.)
Refreshing, delicious, healthy, and light dish! love it.
